Was there actual red/yellow paint on the wall to the left?

There was paint everywhere on the walls, but not really sure , but more then likely it is paint. I do have other pictures and I will look.

I see a person 4/5 of the way to the right, and 1/4 of the way down.  A man with short dark hair, maybe a moustache, looking toward the camera.
