The camera was clicking too slow while you were moving it. To get a creditable photo, you need a tripod to allow exposure time needed. While it created a interesting effect..I dont think its paranormal

Ok-- part of this I can say might be from low light and a camera that can't handle it, but WHAT is that circle around his stone?!
