"Sorry to hear about your dad. I would venture a guess that it was him visiting and helping out as it is so different than from what happened before."

Noble & DeKalb County Tombstone Tour

Posted on October 3, 2010 at 10:00pm 0 Comments

We don't normally review/mention tours we haven't been on yet, but this looks like a real nice idea. Two county Convention and Visitors Bureaus getting together to create a Tombstone Trail Tour.

If you happen to go up to Northern Indiana (or live there anyway) check it out. From their website:

At Rose Hill Cemetery in Albion, Adam Hoffman’s

monument tells us he was murdered for money in his

home. Indiana author and… Continue

Celebrity Ghost Stories Season 2 Episode 11 - spoiler alert - don't read if you haven't watched it!

Really enjoyed this episode.

Tracy Gold - We have so many stories of people similar like this to one point. Kids seeing things, mom who believes in things seeing things. They aren't talking to the dad who doesn't believe. Then when one finally mentions it, dad has been seeing it for weeks. Now I have often thought about reincarnation and spirits around us maybe not necessarily being someone who died in a place, but someone who wants to be born - interesting… Continue

And some great stops and surprised we have come up with for this tour :-)

Also nice our 3rd attendance at the 1st Friday in October in Noblesville downtown - 2 Nefarious Noblesville Ghost walks, just slightly… Continue

Hey Kobi, this is a pretty cool site. wish there were more photos but with ghosts its hard to get anything on film. I could tell you stories all night of things I have seen with my own eyes. I have a cousin who seems to be a spook magnet. He has one ghost that has followed him to three diff. houses and two towns that are almost a full state away. As with most people I dont have proof in film but I can still tell truthful stories about it.

sorry to be so s-l-o-w I have been working on the Carmel dog event for the Humane society day and night . Now if you find me a ghost dog that would really work out great. I am so happy you started this - you really add a lot of fun for everyone , wait till hubby gets back from Sweden , I am sure he has some photos to share .

I have more pictures that I will be adding over the weekend. My aunt passed away Monday evening and we went to Jasper yesterday for the visitation at the funeral home. I took a few group pictures of my family. Even though we have reunions every two years we don't get to see some of this branch because they live in Texas. So...what a great excuse to take a few pictures in a funeral home without appearing morbid. I managed to capture several orbs in a couple of the pictures. My cousin took some pics too. I will check hers out after she e-mails them to me.

I enjoyed the tour last night. Thanks for being our tour guide! Are there any tours where we get to go inside of the buildings?

Yes...both boys are mine.

Cemeteries are cool. I will have to try to make the Chilling Chatham tour.

Hi Michael,

Here is a link to a Bed and Breakfast place in a town I grew up in. Before it became a Bed and Breakfast it was the gathering place for our Jaycees organization. I can remember the person who owned the place at that time having his tools being missing and finding them weeks later in another part of the house. He also heard footsteps and strange noises in the middle of the night. We are planning on going to my home town when I was a kid and check the place out.
