Part of me is a skeptic, part of me WANTS to believe.... I've always been fascinated by stories of the paranormal ever since I was a child -- I firmly believe that my great-grandmother came to visit me the day that she had passed (and before I knew that she had died).
I use to live in a house at 38th and high school. It was very busy there. My 3 children and myself saw many things in the 12 years we lived there. They were never harmful, just busy. My new home in Brownsburg has had some activity but not as much.
I have a very old library tech degree that I didn't really do anything with, but reference librarians are gods of information, some of my favorite people. What do you do in your type of library?
There is a section of the woods at the end of our road where something negative seems to be moving, and/or trying to come out and form into something. I recently hiked into the woods several times and didn't feel anything odd during the day. These woods ramble across several farms and behind the properties on a side road, at least a hundred acres or more. On the side road several properties have oil wells and they stink, so maybe the spirit/entity is land based and upset the land has been messed with, as in drilled, dug into, etc...I found a complete deer skeleton, skull too but no antlers. Seprately I have found random antlers, snakes, toads, a fox, and a variety of other wildlife.
We lived there for 12 years until the neighborhood got bad and our oldest was old enouogh for high school. I didn't want him to go to Northwest High School. My husband doesn't believe in the paranormal, he has never seen anything (at least he hasn't admitted it-lol) but myself and my children all saw something there.
