  The past couple of weeks have been pretty active with voices which is different for us. First was a voice in the hallway saying "Hello Ron" just as plain as could be. The dogs didn't react and I was the only person in the house. I ran outside to see if someone was out there but nobody was around. Our house has had its usual amount of activity over the winter. A few months ago we did have some new activity. The lights would turn on and off in the master bathroom. We assumed that there was a problem with the switch except that it never happened unless one of us was in the bathroom. Still, there's only so many things  you can blame on the spirits. I'm not sure why but we have a new "spirit" dog in our house. Our usual one we call Grandma and she's a small chubby long haired Dachshund looking dog. Sometimes she brings friends around but they don't usually stay long. One night Jerry said she had 5 friends with her and they were all crowding him in the bed. We did have to have a little chat with her about that and tell her there are other beds in the house, sofas, etc but 6 ghost dogs in the bed is just a little too…

I swear this year I'm keeping a log of all this. Back in July, our next door neighbor died very prematurely in her new apartment(had just left her hubby and moved in there). Then in October, we found her husband dead in their house(fell down the steps). This was also very unexpected and premature. He had taken to walking the neighborhood this past year and we would often see him. Since we found his body(it had been there for almost 2 days), we still see him out walking. Last time I noticed this, I forgot to blog about it. This week has really brought an increase in the activity in our house. Primarily it has been our little dog ghost or Grandma as we call her. We were sitting in the living room when we heard nails clicking in the kitchen. I yelled at the dogs to get away from the trash cans(even though they're short, they like to try to pick things out of them).
