Destroyed Boone County Cemetery

I was wondering if anyone had any more information on the location or name of the cemetery that was destroyed by a greedy farmer in Boone County last week. I saw the story on WISH TV and was totallly appalled by the landowners attitude. I've been documenting these cemeteries as well as investigating for the last several years and wonder if it's one I've done. The article doesn't mention the name or exact location. Just north-eastern Boone County. If anyone has any more information please let me know as DNR is investigating the destruction and I may have photo's that could help their case.
