I would like to combine paranormal investigation with my Auctioneer's License, and sell haunted properties at auction...or by negotiation prior to auction, if a good offer came along. My real estate license is expired, but I could reactivate it, and go the brokerage route too. I think the market has changed, and bona fide paranormal activity increases the potential value, rather than depreciating it. I've also thought about having auctions of haunted items...many old items come with a ghost attached, even if only for occasional visits.

That's interesting. i've wondered about that since we'd like to sell our house. I have no idea if the spirits are attached to the house or us. That would be a crazy surprise to see dogs running through the house and having lights turn on and off it you weren't expecting it.
